Job Position: Graphic Designer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for various marketing materials, including digital and print collateral.
  2. Develop engaging graphics for social media, website, presentations, and other marketing channels.

Brand Consistency:

  1. Ensure consistent application of the brand across all design elements.
  2. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to maintain brand integrity.

Conceptualization and Ideation:

  1. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts and ideas.
  2. Stay updated on design trends and innovative approaches to visual communication.

Project Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
  2. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver compelling designs.

Quality Control:

  1. Review and proof designs to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
  2. Provide constructive feedback and revisions as necessary.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
  3. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  4. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and creative flair.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  7. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
