Job Position: Graphics and Web Designer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  1. We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Graphics and Web Designer to join our construction company.
  2. The ideal candidate who should be within 23- 35 years of age will be responsible for developing visually appealing digital and print designs, managing our website and online presence, and creating compelling visuals that communicate our brand identity and project excellence.
  3. You will play a key role in strengthening our digital footprint and enhancing the company’s image in the construction and engineering sector.
  4. This is a Hybrid role.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Design and produce high-quality graphics, brochures, flyers, proposals, banners, and presentations for marketing and corporate communication.
  2. Develop, update, and maintain the company’s website to ensure a modern, user-friendly, and responsive design.
  3. Create engaging visual content for social media platforms, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
  4. Collaborate with the business development and project teams to design project portfolios, tender documents, and promotional materials.
  5. Manage the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  6. Optimise website performance, SEO, and integration with analytics tools.
  7. Assist in the photography and videography of ongoing construction projects for documentation and marketing.
  8. Ensure all designs adhere to company standards and align with project objectives.
  9. Stay up to date with the latest design trends, web technologies, and marketing tools relevant to the construction industry.

Education and Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s degree or HND in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction, engineering, or corporate sector.
  3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects) and web design tools such as WordPress, Wix, or Webflow.
  4. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is an advantage.
  5. Experience in SEO optimisation, social media graphics, and corporate branding.
  6. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to translate complex project information into visual content.
  7. Excellent communication and time management skills.
