Job Position: Graphics Designer (Restaurant / Lounge)

Job Description

  1. We are seeking a talented and experienced graphic Designer.
  2. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions across various mediums.
  3. This individual will be responsible for developing visual concepts, creating digital and print designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative assets.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and design visually appealing marketing materials, including menus, promotional flyers, social media graphics, email newsletters, and signage that align with the brand’s identity.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive branding and promotional campaigns.
  3. Create engaging visuals for our social media platforms that drive engagement and growth.
  4. Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and best practices to continuously enhance your skills and contribute to innovative solutions.
  6. Assist in the creation and editing of photography and videography for various promotional materials.
  7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Gather feedback and make revisions as necessary to meet stakeholder expectations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the restaurant, lounge, or hospitality sector.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with motion graphics software is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 / month.
