Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Intermediate level experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for visual composition.
- Ability to take feedback and make necessary adjustments.
Experience:
- Designing marketing materials for both print and digital platforms.
- Developing graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
- Ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing collateral.
- Collaborating with marketing teams and other departments to understand project goals and requirements.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and perspectives.
- Managing multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Staying updated on industry trends and design tools.
- Recommending new technologies and techniques to enhance visual communication strategies.
