Job Description
- As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various marketing materials, both in print and digital formats.
- You will collaborate with the team to develop effective visual communication strategies that align with our brand identity and objectives.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a passion for real estate.
Job Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, advertisements, social media graphics, website elements, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop creative concepts and design layouts that effectively communicate the company’s message and brand identity.
- Update social media accounts with pictures
- Use graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality designs.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s visual guidelines and brand standards.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor designs to stay up-to-date with current design practices.
- Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and other suppliers to ensure the production of high-quality printed materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Provide support in designing presentations, infographics, and other visual aids as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a Graphics Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design principles, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of printing processes and specifications for various marketing materials.
- Familiarity with real estate industry trends and design practices is a plus.
- Must be able to produce a recent portfolio.
