Job Position: Grill Supervisor
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Ensure staff adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  2. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates.
  3. Greet and assist guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  4. Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  5. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements where necessary.
  6. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lounge, including opening and closing procedures.
  7. Ensure the lounge is clean, organised, and well-maintained.
  8. Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control of food, beverages, and supplies.
  9. Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
  10. Assist with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  11. Monitor sales, manage cash handling procedures, and reconcile daily transactions.
  12. Support promotional activities and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
  13. Work closely with the Lounge Manager and other departments (e.g., kitchen, security) to ensure seamless operations.
  14. Communicate effectively with staff, guests, and management to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field with experience.

Salary
N100,000 – N115,000 / Month.
