Job Position: Growth And Partnership Manager

Job Description

  1. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Growth and Partnership Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our mission to drive sustainable development and create innovative solutions for the sector.
  2. We seek a dynamic individual who thrives on building and nurturing partnerships, identifying new growth opportunities, and driving business development initiatives to advance our impact.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies for sustainable business growth, focusing on business expansion, revenue generation, and increasing the reach of Ikore’s innovative solutions.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with public and private sector partners, donors, and stakeholders to advance Ikore’s mission and create landslide situations for all parties involved.
  3. Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders in the ecosystem, including government bodies, private sector organizations, non-state actors, and international development agencies.
  4. Opportunity Identification: Continuously scan the market for new growth opportunities, emerging trends, and areas where Ikore can significantly impact.
  5. Proposal Writing: Lead the team’s efforts in responding to CFAs, RFP, EOI, bids etc.
  6. Project Management: Lead and manage all projects, ensuring successful implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
  7. Capacity Building: Contribute to the capacity building of identified stakeholders through training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  8. Reporting and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the impact of partnerships and business development efforts, providing regular reports to senior management.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Agriculture, Economics, International Development, or a related field.
  2. A Master’s Degree will be a plus.
  3. Proven experience in business development, partnership, and project management, preferably in the development sector.
  4. Strong understanding of the sector ecosystem.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  6. Results-oriented with a passion for sustainable development and social impact.
  7. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
  10. Fluent in English; knowledge of the 3 major languages in Nigeria is a plus but not required.

Salary
N500,000 – N700,000 monthly.
