Job Position: Growth Hacker / Digital Marketing Expert

Job Description

  1. The Growth Hacker/Digital Marketing Expert will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  2. You will leverage a combination of analytical skills, marketing automation tools, and creative thinking to optimize our digital marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop Growth Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine growth objectives. Research and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  2. User Acquisition: Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, search engines, display ads, email marketing) to acquire new customers. Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to improve user acquisition.
  3. User Retention: Implement strategies to enhance user engagement, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, drip campaigns, and personalized content to nurture existing customer relationships.
  4. Data Analysis: Analyze data from various marketing channels to track key performance metrics (KPIs) and gain insights into user behavior. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  5. SEO and Content Marketing: Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO optimization to improve organic search visibility. Create and manage content marketing initiatives, including blogs, videos, and social media content.
  6. Marketing Automation: Set up and manage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to streamline marketing processes and improve lead nurturing.
  7. Social Media and Community Engagement: Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. Foster a community of loyal customers and advocates through social media and other channels.
  8. Budget Management: Create and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  9. Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and present findings to stakeholders. Collaborate with the team to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  10. Influencer Engagement and Community Building: Cultivate a community of brand ambassadors and influencers. Engage with influencers and build relationships within the online community. Manage and grow WhatsApp and Instagram focus groups. Organize and host IG live sessions and focus group discussions.
  11. Analytics and Account Management: Handle SEMRush, Google AdWords, Google Analytics and Google My Business accounts. Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns. Set up and track retargeting, follow-up, and abandoned cart emails.
  12. Pay-Per-Click Advertising: Create and supervise pay-per-click ads on social media platforms, Google AdWords, Amazon, etc., with a focus on driving sales. Conduct performance monitoring and optimization, including A/B testing.
  13. Consumer Education: Research and define strategies to educate consumers about the health benefits of Herbal Goodness product offerings.
  14. Sales Pipeline Generation: Proactively build and fill the sales and retargeting pipeline through lead generation efforts.
  15. Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Perform assigned duties in compliance with all company policies and procedures, as directed by the supervisor.

Job Requirements 

  1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience as a Growth Hacker or Digital Marketing Expert.
  3. Proficiency in digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, email marketing, marketing automation).
  4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  6. Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
  7. Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
  8. Familiarity with CRM software and customer segmentation techniques.
  9. Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and proficiency in data analysis.
  10. Results-oriented mindset and a track record of achieving growth targets.
  11. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  12. Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and networking skills, professional mannerisms, and social presence
  13. Familiarity with the Google Office Suite; adept at using technology.
  14. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  15. Excellent Internet connection and ability to adjust work hours to Central Standard Time (Between 9 am – 5 pm Central Standard Time).

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / Month.
