Job Position: Growth Intern
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Kuda is looking for an intern to join the Growth team and support on day-to-day activities and initiatives.
- This will include administrative tasks, platform and process management, research and campaign set up.
- This role will sit within the Growth Marketing function but will also have opportunities to work with Growth Product and Growth Data and gain a wide range of experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the team in daily administrative tasks such as reporting, preparation of slide decks, Notion documentation etc.
- Monitor and update platform management processes (audience lists, campaign tagging, content organisation, naming conventions, etc.)
- Conduct competitor and customer research to support Growth initiatives.
- Support the team with campaign set ups across different platforms (digital ads, lifecycle messaging, etc.).
- Liaise with other teams to help drive projects forward
- Assist with testing new features and troubleshooting potential bugs within the tools that we use.
- Explore ways to utilize available (or new) technology to improve team operations and unlock efficiencies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing, and share insights with the rest of the team.
- Be adaptive to business needs and take on ad hoc projects as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient with the use of Google Workspace (Gmail, google sheets, google docs etc.)
- Strong organisational skills
- Self-motivated and hardworking.
