Job Position: Growth Lead
Location: Lagos

Job Summary

As the Growth Lead, you will build and drive a high-performance execution squad focused on rapid user acquisition and activation.

You will own a growth strategy, experiments, funnel metrics, and cross-functional coordination to achieve strong early traction in the Nigerian market.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a Nigeria-focused growth strategy
  2. Lead a small execution team and manage daily standups and sprints
  3. Run rapid experiments across digital, influencer, and offline channels
  4. Drive users through acquisition, onboarding, KYC, and first transaction
  5. Build dashboards, analyse performance data, and report weekly insights

Requirements

  1. 4+ years’ experience in Growth, Digital Marketing, or Growth Operations
  2. Proven ability to drive traction in Nigeria’s consumer landscape
  3. Hands-on experience with campaigns, funnels, and growth tools
  4. Proficiency with Jira and ability to brief creative teams
  5. Strong ownership mindset, communication, and leadership skills.
