ResQ-X was born from a simple but urgent reality: in Nigeria, when your car breaks down, runs out of fuel, or needs urgent recovery, there’s often no one to call. We set out to change that. What started as a vision to close the gap in roadside assistance has evolved into a complete mobility infrastructure platform. From emergency rescue and towing, to on-demand fueling, fleet management and beyond, we are redefining convenience, safety and reliability for drivers and businesses across Lagos and, soon, Africa. Job Position: Growth Marketer

Job Description

You will own growth strategy, performance marketing, and funnel optimisation across B2C and B2B channels.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead growth strategy for B2C & B2B.
  2. Run and optimise paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
  3. Improve conversions across landing pages & app flows.
  4. Build retention, onboarding & win-back automation.
  5. Track performance (CAC, LTV, orders, litres) and report insights.

Requirements

  1. 2 – 5 years in growth/performance marketing.
  2. Strong analytics & funnel optimisation skills.
  3. Experience with paid ads, attribution & dashboards.
