Job Description

As the Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for driving on-ground market penetration, offline activations, and digital growth initiatives to support the company’s entry and expansion within the Nigerian market.

You will liaise with media houses, manage community-driven campaigns, and execute high-impact field activities that deliver strong user acquisition and brand visibility.

This role requires a hands-on executor with a deep understanding of Nigerian consumer behaviour and media ecosystems.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead on-ground campaigns, activations, and grassroots outreach across key Nigerian markets
  2. Build and manage strong relationships with media houses, radio stations, PR platforms, and influencers
  3. Execute both offline and digital acquisition strategies to drive brand adoption and user growth
  4. Support content creation, community engagement, and localised messaging for Nigerian audiences
  5. Track campaign performance, user conversion funnels, and provide insights for growth optimisation

Requirements

  1. B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  2. 4 – 8 years’ experience in growth, brand activation, or acquisition roles (fintech experience preferred)
  3. Strong on-ground execution capability with proven experience in events, outreach, and media liaison
  4. Familiarity with Nigerian media, influencers, PR networks, and grassroots communities
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret funnel metrics and optimise campaigns
