Job Description
- As a Growth Marketer at Vetsark, you will play a crucial role in driving our company’s growth by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies.
- You will focus on acquiring new customers, retaining existing ones, and fostering strong relationships within the agriculture community.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies: Create and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with Vetsark’s overall business objectives.
- Customer acquisition: Utilize various marketing channels, such as digital advertising, content marketing, social media, and public relations, to attract new fish and poultry farmers to the platform.
- Customer retention: Develop and execute strategies to retain existing customers and increase their engagement with Vetsark’s services.
- Data-driven marketing: Utilize data analytics to identify growth opportunities, measure performance, and optimize strategies. Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Partnerships and collaborations: Build relationships with industry stakeholders, including agricultural organizations, cooperatives, and government agencies, to expand Vetsark’s reach and influence.
- Brand awareness: Develop and implement brand-building initiatives to enhance Vetsark’s visibility and reputation within the agriculture industry.
- Conduct Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform growth strategies.
- Manage Growth Initiatives: Oversee the implementation of growth initiatives, including product launches, market expansion, and customer acquisition campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role within the agriculture or technology industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for agriculture and a commitment to empowering farmers
Bonus Points:
- Experience working in the agriculture industry or with agritech startups
- Knowledge of agricultural marketing and sales practices
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
