Job Position: Growth Marketing Lead

Job Description

  1. As the Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive revenue and user acquisition targets across multiple channels and markets.
  2. You’ll need to leverage data and experimentation to optimize campaigns, and work to evolve the company’s brand and positioning across all touchpoints.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a growth marketing role, preferably in a tech or internet-base company
  • Proven track record in driving user acquisition and retention through marketing campaigns
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple online and offline channels
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to inform marketing decisions
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with social media and digital advertising, influencer marketing, SEO, and content marketing a bonus.
  • Experience leading and mentoring team members a plus.
