Job Position: Head, Branch Operations
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Responsibilities & Duties

  1. Ensure effective administration of the cash management and vault access control
  2. Liaise with all internal and external auditors to ensure there are no exceptions or penalties/fines.
  3. Regular review of reports and internal ledgers.
  4. Ensure all possible failure points/lapses in branch operations are identified and resolved.
  5. Create a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment for efficient internal customer service delivery.
  6. Ensure Prompt rendition of all required regulatory and internal reports.
  7. Business Office Staff supervision and coordination
  8. Availing Branch-wide Transaction Approval
  9. Customer Service Bench marking Standards Maintenance
  10. Customer Complaints Management
  11. Ensure adequate training for all staff
  12. Coordination of Bank-wide Cash Management Unit
  13. Proofs Preparation and Transactions Reconciliation
  14. Regulatory compliance and monitoring
  15. Builds Customers Interest in the Bank’s Products and Services
  16. Drive digital adoption in line with the Bank’s strategy

Requirements
Education / Qualification:

  1. A Bachelor of either Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.

Experience:

  1. Minimum of 5 years banking experience in Branch Operations.
