- Job Position: Head, Digital Business
- Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Lead digital transformation across the organization geared towards aggressive customer acquisition and high customer retention.
- Lead resource planning, management, reporting, and coordination of projects/initiatives to deliver change in line with availability and business requirements.
- Lead end-to-end delivery on digital projects, including technology delivery, and change management required to improve, implement and embed digital systems, IT infrastructures, and processes.
- Oversee the financial aspects of the team including purchasing, budgeting & budget review.
- Experience in managing teams, creating team identity and culture, setting standards and procedures.
- Provides analysis and insight as well as strategic management of company’s activity
- Design and build/develop key digital strategic initiatives to drive business growth
- Enhance brand awareness and positioning for the company across all digital channels
- Knowledge of IT & information governance including GDPR
Job Requirements
- First Degree in IT or related discipline. A Master’s degree is an added advantage
- 7years of relevant work experience with 3+ years of experience leading digital transformation/innovation
- Experience with financial management, resource planning, and task prioritization, budget/cost control.
- Strong ability to process data, extract actionable insights and drive timely execution
- Experience managing a creative team
- Prior experience in gaming, banking, fintech, entertainment is preferable.
