Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Administration with proven success in administration and a solid understanding of real estate practices.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate documentation for property Sales, leases, and purchases
  2. Manage client correspondence and maintain proper property records
  3. ⁠Liaise with Surveyors, legal teams, and regulatory bodies on property Matters
  4. Ensure the Company Complies with statutory and regulatory requirements
  5. Maintain accurate records of licenses, Permits, and certifications
  6. Coordinate legal documentation for properties

Competence Requirements

  1. Able to engage in meaningful negotiations and resolutions
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  3. Full understanding of HE functions and best practices
  4. Excellent relationship management skills
  5. Proven ability to advise internal and external stakeholders
  6. Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
  7. Proven experience of working with minimum supervision
  8. Excellent intelligence gathering skills
  9. Excellent people management skills
  10. A team player

Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
