Job Summary

Responsible for securing raw materials (150,000 MT annually), managing a farmer network of 5,000+, and ensuring quality supply chain operations.

Requirements

  1. Experience Required: 12–15 years in agronomy and agricultural supply chain leadership.
  2. Preferred Background: Agricultural development agencies, large farms, agro-processors with integrated supply chains.

  2. Compensation: N18,000,000 – N40,000,000 per annum + 0.5% – 1% Equity
