Job Position: Head of Business Development

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
  2. Directing marketing efforts by presenting market research to the team and suggesting strategies to expand market research.
  3. Preparing all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs).
  4. Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs.
  5. Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business.
  6. Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; Master’s Degree is advantageous.
  2. Must have a minimum of 8 years experience in deposit mobilisation, relationship management and good understanding of how businesses work
  3. Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience.
  4. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  6. Exceptional leadership and management skills.
  7. Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  8. Strong business acumen.
