Job Position: Head of Customer Service
Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- The Head of Customer service reports to the Supply Chain Manager and will coordinate activities relating to customers’ order processing and respond to customers complaints and questions.
- The successful candidate is expected to assist customers with information about the brand products and services, take orders, and process returns.
Job Requirements
- Higher National Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Mass Communication with at least five years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must be familiar with ERP packages
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Skills:
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent in interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
