Job Position: Head of Growth – Card

Job Description

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement growth strategies and initiatives for the card business segment, aligning with the company’s overall objectives.
  2. Customer Acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire new cardholders through targeted marketing campaigns, partnerships, and innovative customer acquisition channels.
  3. Product Development: Work closely with the product team to enhance existing card products and introduce new offerings to meet market demand.
  4. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective pricing strategies, upselling, and cross-selling of card products and services.
  5. Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth, optimize marketing campaigns, and enhance the customer experience.
  6. Product Development: Collaborate with product teams to enhance airline services, amenities, and customer experiences.
  7. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing growth team, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  8. Budget Management: Develop and manage the growth budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
  9. Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations on growth metrics, market trends, and the performance of the card business segment for senior management.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Masters Degree preferred).
  2. Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the payment card industry.
  3. Strong understanding of card product development, marketing, and sales strategies.
  4. Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans.
  7. Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams.
  8. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  9. Innovative mindset and a track record of driving growth and profitability.
