Job Position: Head of Marketing

Job Location: Kado, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  1. Create marketing plans, design strategies, set goals and budgets for the company.
  2. Prepare and review marketing reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  3. Supervise all affiliate marketers and provide them with the tools required for work.
  4. Allocate sales targets to all sales executives and monitor their performance
  5. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  6. Organize strategic investment meeting with prospective clients
  7. Oversee the search of new properties to be sold, rented, leased or managed etc.

Job Requirements

  1. Proven track record of closing sales deals.
  2. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
  3. Adept at negotiation and relationship management.
  4. Excellent people/team management and collaboration skill
  5. Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
  6. Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 Monthly.
