Job Position: Head of Real Estate Sales
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Summary
We’re seeking a results-driven Head of Real Estate Sales to lead our sales team, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue growth.
JobResponsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Analyse market trends, identifying opportunities to drive sales growth and improve competitiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a management position.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in expanding sales internationally.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong market knowledge and analytical skills.
