Job Position: Head of Real Estate Sales
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

We’re seeking a results-driven Head of Real Estate Sales to lead our sales team, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
  2. Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  4. Analyse market trends, identifying opportunities to drive sales growth and improve competitiveness.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a management position.
  3. Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  4. Experience in expanding sales internationally.
  5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, meeting or exceeding targets.
  8. Strong market knowledge and analytical skills.
