Job Description

  • Driving Personal Care growth agenda across Nigeria, which is considered as one of the top 5 Global Emerging markets for Kimberly-Clark.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Key stakeholder within the Nigeria Leadership Team, representing top 5 global emerging markets. Inspires & leads cross functional team for execution of commercial strategy.
  2. Collaborates with distributor management & distributor sales force for business development & commercial strategy deployment at channel, customer level
  3. Develops tools for best in-class DPSM execution
  4. Manages E2E gross-to-net budgeting & deployment
  5. Drive accountability & ensures systemic controls with third party suppliers
  6. Ensures relationships are managed successfully with KC third party partners, suppliers and customers
  7. Ensures KCC compliance with all corporate financial and internal controls; and all laws, protecting Nigerian assets, patents, trademarks, business plans, brand names and confidential information

Job Requirements

  • The position requires tertiary qualification (commercial base essential), a minimum of 10 years experience, 3 at a senior level within business development, sales & trade marketing.  Proven track record in results delivery and people leadership.
