Job Position: Head of Wholesale and Partnerships

Job Description

  1. Head of Wholesale & Partnerships will play an important role in expanding Engie MySol operations into new geographic markets.
  2. The role involves leading Engie MySol’s expansion through developing a Business to Business (B2B) market entry business model by finding leads, closing sales, supporting existing clients, formulating sales strategies, and communicating product value to clients.
  3. Further, this role will be responsible for building and coordinating teams to expand the company’s footprint in Africa, South America and Southeast Asia.
  4. The department will have collaboration with the respective departments.
    • ENGIE Energy Access management and business development teams (countries & Global).
    • ENGIE Energy Access business development, commercial and technical support teams.
    • ENGIE Energy Access Transversal Business function.
    • ENGIE Energy Access Global HR team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of the B2B market expansion strategy by driving sales force effectiveness.
  • Conceptualizing and developing standardized market-entry packages (contracts, financial models, operational set-ups).
  • Evaluation and analysis new B2B market entries.
  • Developing sales strategies and setting quotas.
  • Building long term relationships in the new B2B market
  • Advising and consulting clients on how to set up the PAYG business model.
  • Building a long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
  • Preparing and ensuring successful participation in conferences, corporate events, exhibitions and similar events.
  • Preparing and presenting reports on KPIs.

How to Apply
Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Sales Account Executive and or business Developer.

Experience:

  1. Academic background in Business Management, economics, or related field.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to develop strong action-oriented relationships.
  3. Good negotiation skills.
  4. Sense of ownership and pride in companies’ impact.
  5. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  6. Team Player.
  7. Good time-management skill.
  8. Great interpersonal and communication silks.
  9. Enthusiastic and passionate.
  10. Willingness to travel .

Language(s):

  • English.
  • French is a plus.

Technology:

  • Outstanding knowledge of MS office, CRM software’s.
