- Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to fill the role of Head, Operations & Strategy.
- This role is ideal for experienced individuals with a strong background in international logistics, system automation, and organisational leadership.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the operations and strategic planning of the organisation across multiple locations.
- Drive process automation and leverage tools such as Power BI for reporting and decision-making.
- Oversee logistics, procurement, and customs compliance processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, manufacturers, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor industry trends and implement strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Support the company’s expansion into new markets, including Abuja and Lagos.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications are an added advantage.
- 5–10 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
- Strong background in freight forwarding, international logistics, and customs processes.
- Knowledge of the oil and gas procurement space is essential.
- Proficiency in Power BI and other automation tools.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
- Proven track record of driving organisational growth and operational excellence.
