Job Position: HMO Business Development Officer
Location: Ketu, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the organisation’s client base.
  2. Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  3. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  5. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities in the health insurance sector.
  6. Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field with 2-6 years of experience.
  2. Prior experience in Health Insurance/Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO) is compulsory.
  3. Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  4. Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
  5. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N250,000 – N400,000 / Month.
