Job Position: HMO / Client Relations Officer
Location: Warri, Delta

Job Summary

The HMO/Client Relations Officer will manage daily HMO operations, ensuring timely approvals, accurate billing, and excellent client service delivery across all touchpoints.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Obtain and track HMO approvals promptly.
  2. Ensure accurate billing and claims processing.
  3. Maintain proper documentation and follow up on pending requests.
  4. Liaise with service units to resolve client issues efficiently.
  5. Monitor client satisfaction and escalate concerns as needed.
  6. Support reconciliation and timely invoice roll-out.
  7. Contribute to achieving departmental KPIs.

Requirements

  1. BSc/HND in a relevant field.
  2. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar role.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
  6. Must reside in Warri, Delta State or its environs.
