Location: Osapa London, Lagos
Job Summary
- We’re seeking a proactive and organised HMO Officer to join our team in Lagos.
- As an HMO Officer, you’ll be responsible for engaging new partners, managing contracts, and ensuring seamless communication with HMO providers.
Job Responsibilities
- Onboard new HMO partners and negotiate tariffs
- Manage contracts and submit medical claims
- Follow up on reimbursements and ensure proper documentation
- Communicate professionally with HMO providers via email and calls.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 3 years of experience.
- Prior experience with HMO processes and health insurance communication
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
