Job Position: Hotel Manager
Location: Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Relations.
  2. Ensure exceptional guest service delivery in line with the hotel’s brand standards.
  3. Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.
  4. Lead, train, and motivate hotel staff to achieve performance and service goals.
  5. Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
  6. Coordinate procurement and vendor management to maintain quality and efficiency.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and strategies to boost occupancy.
  8. Prepare and present regular reports on hotel performance to senior management.
  9. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  10. Maintain the property’s ambience and uphold the distinct character of the boutique brand.
  11. Lead, supervise, and motivate hotel staff to achieve performance targets.
  12. Identify training and development needs to enhance employee skills and service quality.
  13. Conduct performance appraisals and enforce disciplinary measures where necessary.
  14. Promote a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
  15. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  16. Oversee safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures across all departments.
  17. Address guest complaints promptly and implement corrective actions where required.
  18. Monitor and improve guest feedback and satisfaction scores.

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 monthly.
