Job Position: Hotel Manager
Location: Island, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Relations.
- Ensure exceptional guest service delivery in line with the hotel’s brand standards.
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.
- Lead, train, and motivate hotel staff to achieve performance and service goals.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate procurement and vendor management to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and strategies to boost occupancy.
- Prepare and present regular reports on hotel performance to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain the property’s ambience and uphold the distinct character of the boutique brand.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate hotel staff to achieve performance targets.
- Identify training and development needs to enhance employee skills and service quality.
- Conduct performance appraisals and enforce disciplinary measures where necessary.
- Promote a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Oversee safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures across all departments.
- Address guest complaints promptly and implement corrective actions where required.
- Monitor and improve guest feedback and satisfaction scores.
Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 monthly.
