Job Position: HR / Admin Executive

Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Description

  • Our client is seeking a proactive and skilled HR & Admin Executive to support the HR functions and administrative needs of the organization.
  • In this role, you will handle employee data management, update HR policies, and oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, providing first-line HR support.
  • Review and update HR policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job advertisements, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and issuing employment-related documentation (e.g., regret emails, appointment letters) in line with SLAs.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting pre-employment checks, coordinating orientations, induction, probation follow-up, and exit interviews.
  • Foster employee engagement by coordinating key activities such as town halls, team events, and other staff programs.
  • Support compliance by ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures across all levels.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
  • Professional HR accreditation (e.g., CIPD, SHRMP, IHRMP) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with HR software, preferably Sage.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Proven experience with HR systems administration, data analytics, and report management.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment coordination and employee support.
