Job Description

  • The HR/Admin Intern will support the HR and Administrative functions, contributing to various projects and daily operations

Job Responsibilities
Functions / Day to day activities:

  1. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and initial candidate screening.
  2. Support employee onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth integration process.
  3. Assist in maintaining employee records and databases.
  4. Contribute to HR policy updates and documentation.
  5. Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office organization
  6. Support the Coordination and facilitation employee training and development programs.
  7. Managing employee relations, addressing conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
  8. Maintaining employee and workplace privacy

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / BA / HND in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance and other related Management courses
  • 1- 2 years experience in Human Resources and Administration duties
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Leadership capabilities, demonstrating the ability to inspire a team effectively.
  • Conflict management skills
