Job Description

  • The HR / Admin Manager is responsible for managing both human resources and administrative functions within the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Overseeing recruitment and hiring processes to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
  2. Managing employee relations and implementing HR policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment.
  3. Administering employee benefits and compensation packages in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  4. Handling employee grievances and facilitating training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  5. Managing performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance effectively.
  6. Overseeing administrative tasks such as office management, facilities maintenance, and vendor management to ensure smooth operations.
  7. Supporting the organization’s goals by effectively managing its most valuable asset—its people—and ensuring efficient administrative processes contribute to overall success.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc / HND in a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Administrative and Human Resources roles.
  3. Experience working as an HR generalist.
  4. Professional Certification in HR is an added advantage.
  5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
