Job Position: HR / Admin Officer

Job Location: Enugu Town, Enugu

Job Description

  1. Prepare and keep record of the staff data base.
  2. Ensure smooth running of administrative functions.
  3. Evaluate staff performance and provide appropriate feedback.
  4. Organize trainings (as would be required) for staff in their assigned job responsibilities.
  5. Interview, hire, onboard and train employees as would be needed from time to time.
  6. Ensure that all resources [human and material] are available when needed and effectively utilized

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc or HND in Management / Social Science related discipline with a minimum of 3 years work experience
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  3. Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
  4. Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
  5. Proven experience in the same or similar role
  6. Human Resource certification is an added advantage.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
