Job Position: HR / Administrative Executive

Job Location: Ejigbo, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Office Management: Maintain an organized and efficient office environment, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities (e.g., servers, computers printers, intercoms, etc.)
  2. Record Management: Oversee record-keeping and document management processes, ensuring compliance with data protection and retention policies.
  3. Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendor and service providers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to optimize office policies.
  4. Travel and Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events, including booking accommodations, transportation and meeting venues.
  5. Budget Management: Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses related to office operations.
  6. Regulatory and Government Agency Management: Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
  7. Policy Formulation, Strategy and implementation: Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness. Also creating clear and concise reports.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing and
  2. onboarding of new employees.
  3. Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict, fostering a positive and
  4. inclusive workplace culture.
  5. Performance Management: Design and implement performance evaluation processes, provide
  6. feedback, and work on employee development plans.
  7. Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize training programs, and ensure employees
  8. have to learning resources to help them understand their job responsibilities.
  9. Policy Implementation: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employment
  10. standards to ensure legal compliance and consistency. Also create a compensation strategy for all
  11. employees based on market research and pay survey and keeping the strategy up to date. Design and
  12. implement employee retention strategies.
  13. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefit programs, such as health insurance, retirements
  14. plans, and leave policies.
  15. Legal Compliance: Stay up to date with labour laws and regulations, ensuring HR practices are in
  16. compliance with relevant laws. Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state
  17. and Federal regulations.
  18. ICT Skills: The ideal candidate must be very savvy, knowledgeable & astute in relevant Admin/HR
  19. software, including Payroll Software application and should be very versatile in surfing the internet.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Management
  2. At least 3 years’ experience in HR, preferably in a supervisory role
  3. Expert business and organizational planning ability
  4. Vast experience in team leadership
  5. Successful experience in employee relations
  6. Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  7. Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  8. Experience using spreadsheets
  9. Excellent written and verbal communication
  10. Strategic thinking ability
  11. Proven ability to multitask

Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 monthly.
