Job Position: HR / Administrative Manager
Job Location: Mainland, Lagos
Job Description
- Overseeing all HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, payroll, training, and development, and performance management.
- Compensation & Benefit: Plan and prepare payroll, Commission and statutory deductions & remittance.
Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing the office management function, and ensuring daily office tasks are completed.
- Planning, scheduling and promoting office events such as meetings, interviews, conferences, orientations and training sessions
- Managing the stocks and inventories of the company assets
- Ensuring all departments equipment are restocked when necessary.
- Ensure smooth and adequate flow of information within the company
- Hiring, training and evaluating employees
- Appraising subordinates
- Maintain and manage employees files and records in electronic and paper form
- Working with account to prepare staff payroll and pay-slips
- Recommend strategies to motivate staff
- Developing, reviewing and improving organizational policies and procedures.
- Renewal of operational documents (ITF, PENCOM, NSITF) amongst others.
- Managing employee’s attendance and providing output from this as an input into the monthly payroll.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing mails, receiving packages from couriers
- Coordinates and organized departmental training courses in line with security awareness for employees.
Job Requirements
- Intrested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources,Business Admin or a related field and HR Certification – SHRM or ACIPM, with 3-5 years of progressive HR experience.
Salary
N180,000 – N200,000 monthly.
