Job Position: HR Administrative Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide general administrative support for the HR team
  2. Maintain ambience of the reception area
  3. Manage MD’s and HRM’s float
  4. Organize staff training events and programs
  5. Work closely with Sectional HR Officers during recruitment activities.
  6. Ensures that the SOP for Official Car/Fleet management i.e. routine servicing, fuel ex renewal of particulars of the cars is followed.
  7. Liaise with maintenance department on routine maintenance and office equipment service
  8. Manage office stationery/provision requisition, inventory, and control
  9. Responsible for canteen management and archive room
  10. Administration of Beverage and Free product distribution
  11. Administration of travel logistics (Flight booking & Hotel Reservation)
  12. Administration of Company Fleet
  13. Administration of pool cars and pool drivers
  14. Supervise activities of all company drivers
  15. Any other duty assigned by Line Manager

Job Requirements

  1. First Degree in Social Sciences or related discipline
  2. Previous experience in front office management desirable but not essential
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  4. Preferred SKILLS
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detal
  8. Excellent customer service skills • Strong self-management skill
  9. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  10. Good relationship management skills
