Job Position: HR and Branding Specialist

Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced HR and Branding Specialist to provide support to InEventers with HR-related matters and create strategies to position InEvent as an employer of choice.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as advisory in all matters pertaining to employee relations and engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up to date HR/ personnel records and manage the HRIS
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of human resources processes, by analyzing various departmental needs, ensuring alignment with strategies, policies and processes.
- Contribute to the authoring and editing of InEvent policies and other admin functions.
- Liaise with the Marketing and Talent Acquisition Teams to redesign and manage our social media pages with visuals that represent our company;
- Developing and executing candidate-facing communication on social media and Job Recruitment sites by establishing social media and online recruiting campaigns;
- Designing and implementing branding strategies to develop brand awareness;
- Provide strategic support to the Talent Acquisition sector of Human Resources in the areas of culture, values, engagement and talent attraction;
- Assist in people management processes such as onboarding, performance management, benefits, welfare, vacations, terminations and others.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations and branding;
- Experience with HRIS;
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion;
- Experience with hiring;
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative employer brand initiatives.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms;
- Be responsible, have a sense of urgency and initiative;
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities;
- Resilient to learn continuously in a startup
- Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal;
- Must speak English fluently
- Must have a personal notebook (Mac or Windows)
- Must have a mobile device (iOS or Android).
