Aldreda Fields Limited (AFL Networks) is licensed by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) to provide Metropolitan Fibre Cable Network Services in Nigeria. AFL Networks will provide Open Access Fibre Infrastructure-as-a-Service for delivery of digital services to consumers by ISP’s and other media content providers. Job Position: Admin / HR Assistant

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  2. Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  3. Develop training and development materials
  4. Assist in performance management processes
  5. Maintain employee records (attendance & punctuality, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  6. Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and Leave requests.
  7. Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
  8. Update company database with the data of new employees (e.g. Background, qualification, skill, etc.)
  9. Update and circulate documents about the policies & procedures of our organization.
  10. Publish and remove job ads on different platforms (e.g. job boards, social networks, careers pages, etc.)
  11. Schedule prospective candidate’s job interviews and be a point of contact as required.
  12. Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  13. Develop and maintain a filing system
  14. Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  15. Submit and reconcile expense reports
  16. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  17. Work with team in building strong brand credibility and online reputation across social media platforms, increase online traffic and generate leads and conversions

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year work experience.
  • Candidate must be smart, tech savvy with good communication skills and appreciable understanding of social media metrics.
