Job Position: HR Assistant
Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates and performing reference checks.
- Maintained calendars of the HR management team.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Schedule meetings, HR events and maintain agendas
- Assisting in the orientation exercise and updating records of new staff.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2 – 3 years of experience as an HR assistant.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Outstanding administrative and communication skills.
