Job Position: HR Assistant

Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  2. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates and performing reference checks.
  3. Maintained calendars of the HR management team.
  4. Assist with performance management procedures.
  5. Schedule meetings, HR events and maintain agendas
  6. Assisting in the orientation exercise and updating records of new staff.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience as an HR assistant.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Outstanding administrative and communication skills.
