Job Position: HR Assistant
Job Locations: Abuja (FCT) & Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Ability to handle daily administrative task of the organisation
- Assisting the HR in the recruitment, training and on boarding processes
- Maintains accurate and up to dates human resources files, records and documentation (hard and soft copies)
- Ability to conduct file audits
- Assist in the provision of general office support to management and HR department
- Assist in the coordination of HR projects (meetings, training, survey etc.)
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, lateness etc.)
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Ability to prepare reports.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in any Social Science discipline or its equivalent, added certification or accreditation would be an advantage.
- 1 – 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill, conflict management skills, excellent written and verbal skill, excellent organisational skill.
- Good knowledge of human resources process and practises.
