Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organisation’s business objectives.

The HR Business Manager will work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to drive business growth, improve employee engagement, and foster a positive work culture.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organisation’s business objectives
  2. Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop solutions to address them
  3. Design and deliver HR programs that drive employee engagement, retention, and development
  4. Oversee recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, talent management, training, and succession planning initiatives
  5. Develop and manage HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions
  6. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
  7. Collaborate with other HR functions to deliver seamless HR services
  8. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  9. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Business partnering or a similar role
  3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies
  4. Strong business acumen and understanding of organisational goals
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  8. Experience with HR metrics and analytics
  9. Knowledge of labour laws and regulations
