Job Position: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of B.Sc (2.2) or HND (Upper Credit) in any discipline.
  2. Minimum of 3 years in the HR field with competencies in at least two of the following: Performance Management, Learning & Development, Recruitment.
  3. Membership of relevant professional bodies (CIPM, PHR, SPHR, SHRM).
  4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is mandatory.
  5. Integrity as a core value is a must-have in addition to being a team player.
