Job Description

  1. We are looking for a qualified HR Consultant to lead a variety of human resource projects and provide efficient human capital advice.
  2. You will help client companies optimize everyday processes such as recruitment, as well as implement strategic HR plans and technology.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Initiate and lead human resource programs and projects
  2. Conduct research through various methods (data collection, surveys etc.) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause
  3. Provide advice and recommendations to clients on HR related issues
  4. Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters
  5. Assist in recruiting, training and management of client employees
  6. Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management
  7. Assist in the development and integration of HR policies
  8. Help establish control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices
  9. Review systems and processes and make modifications to address issues
  10. Refurbish knowledge of advancements in the field and present new ideas

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc / BA in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field; M.Sc / MA in Human Resources will be a plus
  2. Minimum of 5 years’ HR consulting experience
  3. Experience in project management preferably HR related
  4. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices
  5. Solid understanding of research methods and analysis
  6. Computer savvy with working knowledge of human resource IT
  7. Ability to strategize and formulate business plans
  8. An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
  9. Excellent communication and consulting skills
  10. A team player
