Job Position: HR Generalist
Location: Eti Osa, Lagos

Job Summary

The HR Generalist will be responsible for executing key human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to fostering a positive work culture.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
  2. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  3. Manage attendance, leave schedules, and performance documentation.
  4. Assist in the implementation of HR policies, initiatives, and engagement programs.
  5. Ensure compliance with company HR procedures and labour regulations.

Requirements & Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, English, or a related field.
  2. 2–3 years of proven HR experience in a structured organisation.
  3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  5. Must reside within the Lekki/Ajah axis.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly
