Job Description

  • We are looking for an HR Generalist with 4-5 years of experience to manage and implement HR functions effectively.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and performance management, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Administer employee benefits and handle employee inquiries.
  • Support performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Oversee Training & Development within the organization.
  • Assist in HR reporting and analytics.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
