Job Position: HR Intern
Location: Festac / Ikeja, Lagos

Job Descriptions

  1. We’re seeking a highly motivated and business-inclined HR Intern to join our team.
  2. As an HR Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in human resources while contributing to the growth and development of our organisation.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist in day-to-day HR operations
  2. Support recruitment processes
  3. Maintain employee records and databases
  4. Assist in organising training and development programs
  5. Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
  6. Awards and recognition for outstanding performance
  7. Travel opportunities for training and development.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, NCE, HND, OND, Diploma, or equivalent in any field
  2. 0 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome)
  3. Reachable and trainable with a strong willingness to learn
  4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
