Job Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Description

  1. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team.
  2. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and to learn from experienced professionals in the field.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  2. Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  3. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  4. Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  5. Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
  6. Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to policy development.
  7. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Job Requirements

  1. Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
