Role Overview
- As an HR Intern at MyUnideals, you will be a crucial part of our Growth team. Responsibilities include supporting daily HR activities, managing payroll, engaging in market research, assisting in Talent Acquisition, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall employee experience.
Areas Of Learning
Collaboration:
- Gain insights into cross-functional collaboration by working closely with teams in marketing, customer success, and product support.
HR Support Skills:
- Develop hands-on experience in supporting the HR team’s daily activities, including employee engagement, HR administration, contributing to overall HR strategy, and talent acquisition.
Market Research Proficiency:
- Learn to identify HR trends, gather competitive insights, and analyze data for strategic HR initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in HR administration and daily activities.
- Conduct market research to identify HR trends and compile data for strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of HR campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in a business-related course.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the HR team.
